Young Warrior
Young Warrior Don Ross
My father taught me how to carefully track our enemies. How to hide downwind so they cannot feel us beside them. How to leave our horses far behind so they cannot alert the enemy. We are invisible until we surprise their army.

I am now a warrior. I am a man.
A hundred years ago Edward S. Curtis traveled the American west photographing tribes of Native Americans. This is one of a series of paintings inspired by those photographs.
The canvas is 30" X 36" over 2.5" stretcher bars.
